This policy explains how RAJSHREE ENTERPRISES ("we") handles personal information in Petroxy, our operations and accounting system, and in the WhatsApp messages Petroxy sends.

Information we keep

• Staff and users: name, mobile number, role, attendance, shift records and salary details.
• Credit customers: name, contact number, vehicle numbers, credit limit, purchases and payments.
• Business records: fuel sales, stock, collections, bank deposits and expenses.

How we use it

• To run the fuel outlet, keep accounts and meet our tax and oil company reporting duties.
• To send WhatsApp service messages: alerts to our partners and staff, statements and payment reminders to credit customers, and login codes to Petroxy users.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that run Petroxy for us (cloud hosting and database providers, and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform for delivering messages), and with government or oil company authorities when the law or our dealership requires it.

Storage and security

Data is stored with our cloud providers, with access limited to authorised users and protected by passwords and role-based permissions. Records are kept for as long as our business and legal obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your details or to stop WhatsApp messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message, or contact us below. Records we must keep by law are retained.
